Guy Gabaldon House of Representatives Marianas Legislature Proclamation Including resolutions for recommendation for US Medal of Honor by his Commanding Officer; and by a USMC Brig. Gen. He brought in over 1,500 Japanese soldiers and civilians, at a time when the Japanese strict honor code prohibited surrender, and orders to kill 7 US Army/US Marines for every Japanese killed during Saipan (WWII). He passed aways on Aug 31, 2006.
